Cybermed Immunization System
Product & Pricing Information Sheet
Product Overview
The Cybermed Immunization System (CIS) is a Windows compliant full featured Immunization Registry System. CIS provides easy to use graphical screens to record and maintain Patient and Dose information. There are also interface modules that are used to connect CIS with governmental immunization systems and existing in-house medical practice management systems. CIS provides for many reports and graphs dealing with Patient Immunization Status and Patient Outreach. In addition there are several administrative reports including, but not limited to, Patient mailing labels, Patient Lists, and Patient Immunization Status. As a fully compliant Windows based application, CIS is integrated to all other Windows products such as word processing, spread sheets, database managers, and desk top publishers. For those practitioners that are connected to governmental immunization systems, CIS provides for direct bi-directional linkage to report and retrieve immunization data in the format that the governmental agency requires. Existing practice management systems are also connected to CIS to minimize data entry duplication in the practitioner's office.
Immunization status for patients is automatically computed by CIS using the Centers for Disease Control ACIP Guidelines, the American Academy of Pediatrics AAP immunization rules, the Dallas/WIC models,
and the World Health Organization WHO rules. Individual practitioner's may elect to retrieve immunization status from the governmental immunization system or compute immunization status from within CIS or
both. Immunization computation rules are presented in graphical form and are modifiable by an individual physician to suit medical practice needs.
